A major manufacturer of plastic piping contacted us regarding a industrial unit they had recently purchased and were looking to refurbish the building before they moved in.

At the time of contacting us the floor was covered with 12 inch vinyl tiles in various states of disrepair and damage. They need us to completely remove the tiles and to apply a self-smoothing resin system.

To remove the tiles manually would have taken at least 4 days with a considerable amount of manpower. However, with our tile lifting machine, all 500 m 2 of tiles was able to be removed in 1.5 days by a single person. Once all the tiles were removed we were able to grind, prime and apply the self -smoothing system in just 2 working days
